Size Issues
If you encounter a size issue after receiving your product, you may request an exchange. Keep in mind the following:
- Report within 24 hours: You must report the size issue within 24 hours of receiving your item. Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.
- Incorrect size selection: If you chose the wrong size based on our size chart, no return or exchange will be provided. As an alternative, you can process an exchange by paying a 50% fee.
- Store size error: If we sent you the wrong size, we will handle the exchange, but you must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Color Variations
The product’s color may occasionally differ slightly from online images due to technical issues. If this happens, you have one day to send us a picture of the product and request a return or refund. The item will be replaced or your payment will be refunded, depending on availability.
Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged due to shipment or any other reason on our end, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, you have 24 hours to contact us after receiving the item.
Cancellation Policy
If you want to return an item that you ordered:
- Within 24 hours: You will receive a full refund.
- After 24 hours: 25% of the paid amount will be deducted.
- After 3 days: 35% of the paid amount will be deducted.
- After a week: No cancellation is allowed. In special cases, a 50% deduction will apply.
Product Exchange
If you want to exchange your product due to size issues within 24 hours, we will provide a new product in the correct size free of charge. However, depending on the size and weight of the item, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping charges.
Returns Conditions
- Original condition: The product must be returned in its original condition with tags intact. If the product is found to be damaged or used, no refund will be issued.
- Return location: The product must be sent back to the original warehouse. Returns sent elsewhere will not be processed.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping: We cover the shipping costs when delivering your order. However, in cases of return or exchange, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees.
Issues with Product Details
In the event that you discover an issue with the product’s color, pattern, design, or size, kindly provide us with a photo and a detailed report of the problem within a day. Our team will respond promptly to resolve the matter.
Non-Refundable Items
- Trial purchases: No return, refund, or exchange will be accepted for products purchased solely for trial purposes.
- No product issues: Returns based on personal preference without any issue with the product are not eligible.
Customized Products
- Non-refundable: There are no refunds or returns accepted for customized goods.
- Additional charges: Customization may involve extra charges based on the type of customization requested.
Payment & Currency
- USD only: All payments must be made in USD. Payments made in other currencies will be converted to USD.
Unresponsive Customers
If a customer does not respond to our emails regarding order production or shipment:
- Production hold: The order will be put on hold for 10-12 days. If no response is received, the order will be canceled, and 50% of the amount will be refunded.
- Shipment delay: The shipment will be delayed. Only 50% of the total amount paid will be refunded if the customer requests cancellation after this point.
- Automatic shipping: The product will be shipped to the given address. No returns or refunds will be accepted if the customer contacts us after delivery about a problem that was already addressed in the email confirmation.
Tag Removal
The item cannot be returned if the product tags have been removed.

Although we provide free shipping, clients are still in charge of covering any applicable local customs fees.
